The Art of Music

What an experience to create artwork while being serenaded by a professional string quartet!

The Perlman Music Program Suncoast in collaboration with Creative Liberties Artist Studios, Gallery & Creative Academy will present “The Art of Music” with a concert by PMP Alumni Zota Quartet and artwork on display by artists inspired by the music.

For the collaboration, award-winning PMP Alumni, the Zota Quartet will perform private recitals for a select group of visual artists at Creative Liberties, inspiring them in the creation of artworks created especially for the event. I was so happy to be invited to participate in this event!

At the event, the Zota Quartet will be performing the pieces that inspired the artists. The participating visual artists will be in attendance that evening. Their artwork will be on display and for sale.

Artwork is on exhibit at Fogartyville Community Media & Arts Center, 525 Kumquat Ct., Sarasota May 4 - 29, 2026.
